Need some fun activities for your little Jedi’s? May the Fourth (Star Wars Day!) is the perfect excuse for a fun, themed family day. Here are a bunch of ideas ranging from low-effort fun to full-blown galactic celebrations

Home Activities

Star Wars Movie Marathon
Watch the original trilogy, or let each family member pick their favorite episode!

Dress Up Like Star Wars Characters
Use what you have around the house—bedsheet Jedi robes, cardboard lightsabers, and so on.

Lightsaber Battles
Pool noodles make perfect safe lightsabers for indoor or backyard duels.

Themed Snacks

Games & Quizzes

Star Wars Trivia Night
Make teams or go head-to-head—winner gets the title of Jedi Master.

Star Wars Bingo or Scavenger Hunt
Use themed bingo cards or hide action figures/items around the house.

Jedi Training Course
Set up a backyard or indoor obstacle course—crawl under tables, jump over pillows, balance on beams, etc.

Creative Ideas

Build Star Wars LEGO Sets Together
Or use random pieces to build your own Star Wars ships.

Write & Act Out a Mini Star Wars Play
Let the kids make up a new story in the Star Wars universe and perform it!

Make a Time Capsule
Add drawings or letters from each family member to the “galaxy far, far away.”

For the Extra Committed

Star Wars Dance Party
Use tracks like “Cantina Band” or “Duel of the Fates.”

Project a Movie Outside
Set up a backyard theater and watch A New Hope under the stars.
