Our family loves visiting Atlantic Beach, NC when we can. There are so many things to do in Atlantic Beach, Morehead City and even Beaufort. We are just a mile from the ocean in which you can enjoy “AB Circle” that includes shops and restaurants or just a day at the beach.
We also enjoy walking down at the Morehead City Waterfront and looking at the view from Jack’s on the Waterfront. This is also the home of “Big Rock” fishing tournament held annually in Morehead City. There are shops and other restaurants to enjoy on the waterfront as well.
Often times, we just stay at Pop’s Place where we grill, fish off the dock and just sit on the porch and enjoy the view. I am glad it worked out that we could get away for a few days.
